The Senior System Manager - Integrity Management has the objective to co-design and implement the ISCC EU strategy, driving the upscale of ISCC EU certifications, developing and improving the ISCC EU system with regards to new legislation and market requirements, increasing recognition and market share as well as developing the ISCC EU team and facilitate cross-company knowledge transfer.

Your main duties will be:

• Manage and optimize Integrity Management processes
  1. Continuously develop Integrity Program, e.g.
     by identifying relevant focus areas or possibilities to adapt and improve processes and documents
  2. Support on following the ISCC's strategy by alignment the department goals
     • Exchange with relevant stakeholders such as authorities on market developments and cases related to integrity management
     • Establish and maintain governmental/national system relations (e.g.
       national authorities, OLAF, REFUREC, CA-RES)
     • Day-to-day work of department:

1. Organize Integrity Assessments, including which System Users/CBs are to be audited
2. Evaluate and communicate audit results in close cooperation with Integrity Auditors and the Integrity team
